I will fly out to train if enough notice is given. Good ideas to train the body, I'm in.

I'm also interested.

An opportunity to learn from Dr. Fish and discuss the Old Mandarin Islamic Restaurant has lured me out from years of lurking.

The first picture P.Li posted is their "Crack" fish. And yes it will make your face numb. I also recommend:

Not sure if this ever happened or is still in planning stages? Also, if this is open to lurkers with poor basics/structure? If so, I'd be interested as it's easier for me to fly out to SF than the DC area. Meeting the good Dr. has been top of mind for quite some time...

I am still firming up my plans - I am heading out in late June or July to see an attorney on a case, and then Mid August and September en-route to other places. You are welcome to participate - same rules: work. don't whine. throw something in the hat when it is passed. If you lose consciousness expect to be kicked out of the way.

^Amazing...I'd love to participate should everything line up for me schedule/work-wise. I'll keep an eye on this thread in the meantime...Thanks again Dr. Fish!

Man, it's a shame I'll be all the way over in Taiwan, but it seriously sounds like some bitter work that I could learn a lot from. Any possibility for another gathering next year?

Where in Taiwan? I will be there visiting my eldest daughter and my family in August.

Hey there Dr. Fish. I'm currently located in Taipei, where will you be staying on the island? I'd definitely be more than flexible if there were a chance to set something up, not wanting to get in the way of family visits of course.
