Sifu Chiu Kwok Chung has been invited by Sensei John Esposito of Kai Shin Martial Arts to hold a seminar on the introduction of Buck Sing Choy Fut and Sanda. This seminar will be taught from an application point of view, self defense and combat applicable techniques. All material will directly applicable to all styles for sparring and self defense.
