Good luck with that, Alex. I'd love to come to one of your retreats someday. Anyway. I hope it goes well.

I heard a very positive account of the event from a fairly intelligent gentleman of discerning taste and little reluctance to be critical where criticism is called for. I look forward to an opportunity to train with Alex some day, at a retreat or otherwise.

It was a very interesting and useful seminar. I can only imagine the lack of comments is due to people spending all their time training the nei kong and meditating in an effort to attain even a fraction of Alex's ability. Let's hope the next one also attracts a good crowd!

Unfortunately no forest, but it was an excellent retreat.

Alex covered a lot of material intensively. 24 neigong / ligong exercises and associated applications, taught alongside spiritual / meditative practices.

Friendly welcoming group, concise teaching, though provoking, a lifetime of practice.

Hopefully see you all again.
