About Master Sam Chin: Master Sam F.S. Chin is the co-founder of the art, and the head instructor of the system. Master Chin was trained in the martial arts since childhood by his father the founder Lik Keong Chin. He was a state heavy weight kickboxing champion in 1978. During the 1980’s, Master Chin continually won Push Hand Championships. For the past 25 years, Master Chin conducts seminars and workshops throughout the world including: Malaysia, Australia, Japan, Hungary, Russia, Poland, Germany and the United States. Master Chin has been recognized by the USA Wushu Kung-Fu Federation as a Hall of Fame Outstanding Master.

it was made for russian tv. ILC is huge over there. alex is a great coach. his student tanya is a pro k-1 fighter now and dasha is the moscow city "muay thai" champ (she fought under MT rules but has been trained exclusively in ILC).

Does Master Chin have Western European disciples? Has he had exposure in Western Europe? I really like the style, so if there would be an opportunity at some point in the future, who knows...

Unless he's coming to Taipei in the next couple of months

yes, as Marty has already pointed out, my Sifu visits Italy, France and Austria, usually twice each year.

there has been some interest in the UK and also in Spain but so far nothing has materialized as far as workshops go.

if you were able to host Master Chin in Taipei, I'm sure he'd like to come over.
