Fear Control Workshop UK April

Sat 19th April, 10am - 3pm Tempsford, Beds

Simple, effective and above all healthy methods of fear control. Learn to cope with stress and fear pre- during and post event.
We will be working beyond the conventional "meet fear with aggression" model and teaching the Systema method, applicable
to any stressful situation. No previous experience neccesary, all welcome

Last shout! The methods used deal with this topic in a way I've not seen anywhere else in over 30 years of training. Applicable to all aspects of life, no previous Systema experience neccesary
