Hi Guys,

For anyone who's interested, I'm running a movement fundamentals workshop in Melbourne on the 31st May and 1st June. Lots of super relevant to martial arts stuff going to be explored.

Tempting Simon, it'd be fun, but I'm still not at the stage where I could guarantee my back would be fine for a week of sleeping in the dirt. I've only just recovered from a slipped cervical disk in November.

I'm enjoying a quick recovery and doing some excellent work with Dave Wardman, but I'm still cautious about extended seminars in case I screw something up and miss half of it.
