Our Shi Kon guys did well at he BCCMA Sanda Fight Night last Saturday night taking 3 titles... Unfortunately I was still returning from the Czech Republic so i missed the event.

Totally different type of Competition Ashe, he went to the NAS Competition which is a low standard tippety tap 'open' Karate Competition arranged by the Karate door knocking GKR guys to give his students some local experience, this is the Sport England registered Governing Body for Chinese Martial Arts Tournament to International Sanshou Rules that opens the door for them to get to International and World title fighters and titles.
