Taking the centre Session

Postby middleway on Mon Mar 16, 2015 7:46 am

hi all,

Running a little session in Glos on 'taking the centre'. I have been doing this stuff for a while in the grappling comps and sparring i do a lot of, so its only things i know work in a pressured environment.

We will be working from basic to 'advanced' to cater for as many as pos.

Just thought i would heads up Anyone in the UK who fancies looking at this stuff. All are welcome. Also i am gonna try to film some of the stand up grappling i am working on at the moment to let people see the sort of stuff i am playing with.

Hi all,
I've been following RSF and EF since the beginning.....just decided to join.

I've attended a few seminars over the years that either Chris was running or participating in, I would like to thank Chris for putting this one together.

I would highly recommend any serious martial artist to visit Chris. He has clearly spent many hours developing his skills, both in the application and teaching of it. He is able to demonstrate the method leaving no doubt about its efficacy. Perhaps most importantly he is able to deconstruct and convey the principles and method with great clarity, providing a definitive path to demonstrable skill acquisition. You are left with no doubt about the what, why and how.
I'm also looking forward to the next one.

Cheers
Steve
