Session Gloucester 10th Jan

Hi all,

Doing another session on the 10th of Jan. Subject as yet undecided, It could be clinch work, stand up Grappling, take downs, striking ... along with some body training or whatever the suggestions come in as.

Everyone invited as always, the last one was good fun and a nice hard sweaty session of scrappyness.
