Im teaching a 1 day course of Qi Gong on the 5th of February in London, UK.

Each of the 5 exercises strengthens one of the paired Zhang Fu and can be used to bring health, balance and harmony to the whole body. We can use it for ourselves or to treat patients with a specific imbalance or combine all of them as a daily practice to bring a global balance.
