Chen Tai Chi Old Frame 1st Routine Ten Times Drill Meet-up

Training the form routine repeatedly is a great method to increase one's internal power, many Tai Chi masters from past and present practice form routine ten, twenty, even forty times more per day. ​

Anyone who would like to challenge self and would like to carry on the great tradition of Chen Tai Chi, please join our Chen style Tai Chi routine performance marathon at Carderock recreation area on May 14th 2016 (Saturday). ​

Ten times Chen style Tai Chi old frame first routine (陈氏太极老架一路) will be practiced, since this routine is the first traditional form taught by many Chen Tai Chi school and is most popular form in Chen style. ​

If you can perform the first routine, please join us! ​


Requirement

Be able to perform Chen style Tai Chi old frame first routine


Where/When

When: May 14th 2016 ​ 9:00am-12:00pm, 2:00pm-5:00pm​

Where: Carderock Recreation Area​
Address: Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Towpath, Potomac, MD 20854

Practice/Fees

•The routine will be practiced ten times, every two continuous routine performance will have five minutes break. ​

•If anybody would like to lead the practice please contact [email protected]

•Your Tai Chi/Martial Art school's flyer/advertisement are welcome presented on the table​

•Fees: $5​

Registrations

•Please email us at [email protected] if you intend to come.​

•We will put you on the email list and notify you the activity postpone or even cancellation in case of bad weather condition on May 14th.
