Wow, that's so pretty and nice. I'm around the outskirts so it's not the worst where I live. Well a short drive and we're heading into the green-lands.
oh this green and pleasant land!

But yeah, working in Tottenham, I see the grime everyday.
One day I will live by the sea and do tai chi on the beach baby! .:D

I have always loved the scenery whenever I have headed up your way, it really is super nice up there.

I live in Sacramento, CA where Sergey Makarenko leads systema seminars including one on combative body and breath work. What are some of the differences and similarities in your approach? I have always had a scheduling conflict with the breath work seminars but now it looks like I will be able to attend one this July.

Hehe I lived in Tottenham for a while, at Bruce Grove. Now I live in this

Close enough to London for work and visits, far enough away for peace and quiet

Big Sergey is a very experienced guy and well worth training with. Our approach is from the same roots so should be very close. If you get the chance to go I think you will enjoy it

I visited Bath on the way to a wedding in Bristol one year, such a lovely town and the history of the place too. We did Stonehenge on the way. Good times.
