Beijing in July/August

Hi everyone I'm in Beijing from Sunday (17th July) through to 19th August.

I will be heading to Shanghai for a long weekend 5-8th August.

If anyone is around and would like to meet up to train or shoot the breeze then get in touch. I've got wechat downloaded but don't know how to use it well yet. I'm just using my name Paul Andrews in my profile. I do have a VPN too so should (fingers crossed) be able to get my emails and facebook etc. [email protected]

My sole purpose really for the trip is to dedicate 5 weeks to personal physical/martial/spiritual development so I will be training, meditating, exercising most of the day everyday and maybe doing a little bit of touristy stuff when I get tired. I'm up for meeting anyone, exchanging some training, meeting new people, trying different martial arts, seeing cool places whatever.
