There will be a workshop on Taijiquan and Zan Zhuang at Champneys Springs, Gallows Lane, Ashby-de-la-Zouch DE12 7HD, United Kingdom. August 25 2016, 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
The participants will lean the application of "stretching to eight sides" to the 13 techniques of Taijiquan, and the techniques of ascending, descending, opening and closing in Zan Zhuang.

I don't want to seem ungrateful Mr Yeung but if you are announcing a general course for people to attend, 3 days is not very much notice time to sort out travel, etc.

I am very sorry, just let me know your interest and will let you know when I run another workshop in East Midlands.

If you have a question just let me know and I will try to answer it. We have a group of long term practitioners and teachers of Taijiquan and health exercise meeting every Saturday 10 am to 1 pm in Leicestershire, and anyone is welcome.
