Spinning hands is at the heart of I Liq Chuan, and a solid understanding of it is essential to progress in the art. This will be an intensive, meaning that there will be greater focus on the actual practice and training. Instruction will be provided to guide the training and to ensure that people are training and not just playing. The emphasis of this intensive will be on maximizing the amount of time training. This is the absolute best way to develop the martial skill and sensitivity that makes I Liq Chuan what it is.

December 6, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m, 2 - 5 p.m.
December 7, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Cost: $15 for NC ILC dues paying members, $25 otherwise

Location: Triangle Aikido (Durham NC)
