Sanatan Shastar Vidiya - TWO DAY SEMINAR/WORKSHOP
San Francisco, March 11-12, 2017
In Motion Center, 1091 Calcot Place, Suite 412, Oakland
Sanatan Shastar Vidiya is the ancient battlefield science of India, of which Gurdev Nidar Singh is the last living grandmaster. Contained within its teachings is an entire science of how to stretch, strengthen and activate what is known in India as the Reshmi Resha (internal silk shirt) i.e. fascial energy. In this seminar, Gurdev Nidar Singh will teach you how to build and release internal fascial energy through specific exercises related to the first of the ten Shastar Vidiya fighting forms: Virah Yudhan (Wild Boar Style). Each of the ten combat styles are instrumental not only to actual combat tactics and techniques, but are also crucial in training particular layers and bands of fascia in the body. The higher worth of this aspect of the martial science taught in this seminar is not just in giving you greater stealth, speed and power, as related to your armed and unarmed combative effectiveness. It's true greatness for a discerning individual is in its overall health benefits and life enhancing virtues. All who come will be able to take away these exercises and reap their benefits.
Come experience this ancient battle tested combat art of ancient India and the teaching of Gurdev Nidar Singh.
Open to All: This seminar is suitable for all, from the complete novice to the experienced martial artist. Come and train in a friendly and safe environment.
