Hello. I have not been on this forum for a while and had to re-register but I have great news for anybody in the San Antonio Area!

We have finally organized a push hands group!

Many of us met for the first time on World Tai Chi Day at Brackenridge Park and then a week later had our first push hands session so we are looking to get as many people interested as possible.

Time is subject to change but as of today we will meet Sundays at 3:30 at the baseball field near the big pavilion at Brackenridge park.

hey! i am in Austin, we should get together! i believe there are a few of us here as well.

i will say, though, that i am not a Taiji guy, i am a Shuai Chiao guy. i might be a little weird to work out with. but i like to get beat up as well! Grin

That's a long drive for a Sunday afternoon though!

Sorry to double post but just an update. We have moved from Brackenridge Park to Olmos Park near the Quarry due to overcrowding and difficulty finding parking at Brackenridge. It is still 3:30 Sundays. No group this Memorial Day weekend though. Contact me for more info.

Last week we had 4 people from the Chen school.

A praying mantis school joined us and then the usual core group of 4 plus 1 of my students.

An invitation has been sent to many schools in town.

We should be getting a nice mix of practitioners. Contact me for info or jus show up!
