London/Herts sparring meet - 25th Jan

Hi folks, I've booked up our lovely studio once more. It's in Stevenage. So any of you guys in around the South UK are all most welcome to pop down. All very informal and friendly, no egos and stupidness.

So whatever level or skillset you want to spar, you should find someone to get in some good training. If not you got me to play with

Will be good to see some EF people down.
