Qi Gong seminars with Michael Acton:

Michael acton is the founder and senior instructor of the u.k wu shi tai ji and qigong association. he is a disciple of of grandmaster dr li li-qun of shanghai.

Michael will be teaching a short but comprehensive sequence of Qi Gong exercise that provides both a simple regimen for beginners and a skeleton on which to build a more detailed syllabus for more advanced students who wish eventually to teach Qi Gong.

The exercises are designed to build awareness of the three essential regulations of body, breath and mind and the essential principles of practice. This course has been included in Michael’s forthcoming book," Eternal Spring, Taiji Quan, Qi Gong, and the Cultivation of Health, Happiness and Longevity" as an introduction to Qi Gong.
