P.S. You should be able to get all the directions from mapquest. We meet over on the NE side of the lake. You should see people doing taiji and stuff.

Had a good time meeting Guy this morning. Very nice nice guy. Very skilled.

He and Jamie were throwing each other all over the place when I left.

Had a great time in Portland! They have a good little group there and a great place to practice at Laurelhurst Park. Pushed hands a little with Shawn, and some of Jamie's other students. Pushed a lot with Jamie. Great fun! I would recommend anyone to go visit if they have a chance when they are in Portland. Unfortunately it will probably be another year before I get down there again.

Hey, Guy. Glad you had a good time, and sorry I couldn't stay longer. It's a testament to how out of shape I am that I was decimated from pushing with Jamie from before you got there. Jamies a great guy. I'm glad you got to chill with him.
