The participants of third group should bring with them:

* Bag gloves or wraps, to use for hitting bag and punch mitts

* Punch mitts

* Cotton balls (easy to make from a sock, cotton wool and a shoe-lace)

* Wooden pole (preferably white wax pole, but any stick can be used as improvised replacement)

Funny, I was contemplating to attend this seminar, but I didn't have the time. But today, as it was nice weather, I decided to eat my lunch in the park near where I work, and what do I see? Bunch of guys practicing yiquan, one of whom seemed familiar from youtube Looked like fun. Maybe next time.
