Potential Aunkai (Akuzawa) Sem. in NYC/Jersey or Atlanta

Hi guys,

Akuzawa from the Aunkai will be doing a seminar in Seattle and DC in the month of May. (May 2,3 for Seattle, May 16,17 for DC) As it happens, we have some time to kill in between these seminars. I was wondering what the interest would be in holding a seminar in the Jersey/NYC area or Atlanta.
The potential seminar would be more an introduction to Ark's take on internal training, with close instruction for the various conditioning exercises introduced as well as hands on time with Akuzawa himself.
Since this is kind of a last minute deal, we aren't expecting too many people to show up, which can only mean more one-on-one time for those that do show!

I realize there's a lot of choices in the NYC area (having myself lived there at one time), but as far as bang for buck and clear no bullshit explanations about what needs to be trained to develop the skills though, I think it's hard to beat Ark's value.

To keep things simple if you'd go if it were in NYC just post "1"

I can spread the word and might convince a couple of others to come, if it ends up being held here. (Also if Bruce is in town at the time, he'd probably go, although I probably should let him say it...)

Also-also, I know a 3rd-degree Aikido black belt at (who I think is also one of the co-owners of) this place -- let me see if they might be interested in attending and/or maybe providing the place.

I emailed the guys at that Aikido place, they said "looks interesting" and that they'd talk to others. Doesn't mean anything yet but I'll certainly let you know, hopefully not too late... Would love to see him here, obviously. (And would be nice to meet you, too -- I hoyd gud tings. )
