Thanks for the recommendation guys I def want to check his stuff out :) I've read about him in Alex's books and elsewhere, and I like the vids I've seen of him. I look forward to hearing back more details from the London guys, but really I only need the slightest excuse to go!

Would Cheng/Liang Baqua person fit into these seminars? I would really like to see his applications in person. Feeling what somebody has opens your eyes and learning abilities.

Hi S.Manning - yes it would fit. We will post up the official menu soon - there will be some more syllabus specific sessions - and some more general ones like throwing etc. In general there will be good chances to pair up with training partners so bring a mate as it help memorise any new stuff you might learn - but its unlikely that Luo will chuck you around unless he knows you, he is careful about that!!! Here he is throwing someone he holds dear! :)

I highly recommend getting to at least one of Laoshi's seminars if you can. It is a wonderful learning experience and can be incredibly insightful, even if you don't do the Gao style stuff.

I don't do bagua or hsing-i at all and I still found it worthwhile.
