I am feeling like the old man I am today. Interestingly enough it is mostly my left arm and my left leg that are bruised.

I am happy that I have finally taken advantage of the opportunity to train with Luo. It has been an absolute blast, all the folks I worked with were great, and I am looking forward to the throwing. Dave tossed me real nicely yesterday. I kept wiping my nose afterwards because it felt like it was bleeding. One more chance to get your goal of giving two bloody noses on Tuesday, Dave. Shawn, thanks for the sharing of the jow! I need more!

Yep, Dave's getting dangerous with those throws.

Be careful...he's a nice guy but when he throws you it doesn't matter.

You guys are exaggerating waaay too much. Pete threw me about 10 times for the once I got him. He's pretty good with the leg sticking and leg catching.

Luo is the man, every time I see him it makes me want to train 10x more.

Throwing last night was awesome. I'm super duper bad at it, but it's really fired me up to get better at it. Took some good exercises away as well as some primo concepts to work with no matter what you practice.

My body hurts a lot.

My body hurts less today than the day after the kicking line. But I was absolutely destroyed at the end of last night. I could see it in everyone getting up progressively more slowly as the evening went by. Great fun the whole weekend!

We did a day of the Xian Tien palms which were primarily throwing applications. We have a good facility for throwing, but after 7 hours of that we were all a bit beat up. I always say it's not the throws that make you tired, its the landing and how many times you have to pull yourself off the floor. The next day for us was the kicking line and I tell you after a day of throwing and then you kick the shit out of each other (literally) I was quite sore myself.

What a great time!!!!
