Here's the information regarding Luo De Xiu's Denver seminars this summer:

Dates: Thursday, August 1 through Monday, August 4, 2008.

Schedule:
Ba Xing Zhuang: Eight Holding Postures, Walking on the Circle for Internal Training
Friday, August 1st, 6:30-9:30 pm at Studio Soma, 2540 W. 29thAve., Denver. Cost: $65

Chen Pan Ling Taijiquan:Saturday, August 2nd, 12-7 pm at Studio Soma. $120
Sunday, August 3rd, 12-7 pm at Studio Soma. $120

Yi Zong Sticky Hands Training: Two-person baguazhang training method, Yi Zong style.
Monday, August 4th, at Washington Park, 10:30 am -1:30 pm $85

For both Saturday & Sunday: $220; For all four days: $320

Just wanted to give a quick follow up on the Denver seminars...
Out-friggin-standing!!!!!

Static palms on Friday answered a lot of questions I had regarding mind usage and mind body integration
The Chen Pan Ling form is amazing!! It really opened my eyes as to the usage of the Yizong methods as a system with Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi.
Yesterday was amazing as well. Laoshi's sticking hands is top notch and this class gave me a ton of ideas that I am really looking forward to implementing in class!
