He didn't do either much when I rolled with him - certainly no gogo - he was just super chilled - let me try to do whatever I could to him. He didn't force any position - just went with whatever happened - didn't mind being swept - just went with it to see where the roll went. He taps you 3 times per roll, then you're done. I got tapped with a knee bar, weird shoulder lock omoplata and rnc to finish.

Seminar tomorrow night. I expect that's when the gogoplata will come out

Awesome! I got caught in an omoplata for about 45 seconds in a match this past weekend ... I managed to escape in the end but my elbow and shoulder are still sore!

hi guys
anyone of you heard of Femoral acetabular impingement - looks like Ive got it:)
suppsedly a simple arthroscopy will fix it and I'll be ok to still train.
Any experience?
