Simple boxing works from its form, what we want from our form is the pure function of the seamless perfection by the design of the form. What I think my friend Drake is saying, and I have said many times, if the technique is not proper it breaks the seam, there are very specific rules to be followed in development and application of this art, in the countless forms that you see supposedly depicting this art, if those rules are not in place, as " Waterboxing " goes, it's full of holes, you will sink.

I found some videos of Master David Chan taken after his first bout with cancer. If I remember correctly, he was supposed to undergo physical rehab with the hospital but of course practiced his art instead to recover. PLEASE REMEMBER that these videos were taken not long after his remission.
