Hi, sorry I havent posted in a while. Heres a quick clip! Just some simple techniques from the ba gua knives. No body work, short power etc, just a relaxed recap on some of the apps we had been working on.

Thanks for the comments. I will try and post some clips of the form and some apps at speed if I have a chance. The hooks are heavy and although they are practice weapons they are still quite sharp.
