From what I could find, it is Cheng style. Lineage : Cheng TingHua - Liu Bin - Wang WenKui - Bai Yucai. According to that he should be a contemporary of Su JinBeo, Yang GuoTai's teacher. Mr. Yang is living in Vancouver and the teacher of some ef members.

Here's an extract of the most interesting parts.

my bagua teacher is a bagua brother of bai in that south beijing cheng bagua school (liu bin et al).

he said bai was tight under wang wen kuei.

and my teacher spoke VERY highly of wang. he said wang had the best bagua application of anyone he learned from in beijing.

he said he could easily handle several students at one time well into old age as well as change the tissue on his body from very soft (like gum) to hard a steel instantaneously.

he also said wang's reputation grew after he knocked down a horse. something like ma bu heng li. the horse has no horizontal strength.

Wang Wenkui was definitely one of the most respected Cheng stylists in his time (perhaps THE most near the end of his life)! Good to see some of his lineage still around - I heard that Wang took only three disciples; I suppose one must be his son, so I wonder who the remaining one is!
