A quick question. Are you advocating on working on a specific organ by working that mother son relationship, or can the same effect be achieved just practicing all of the 4 internal palms as a practice session?

I've done this many times with my kids, straddling my lower abdomen. At about 30 pounds or so, they actually go airborne... It's fun for the entire family, esp. when you're trying not to laugh at the same time. ;D

Wasn't Yang Lu Chan supposed to be able to launch coins up to the ceiling or something doing that?
