i learned this form years ago, and it's one of my favorite "snack" forms. sometimes i'll add the kicking sequence from the yang long form in place of the kicks from the 40 for a little different flavor.

Sorry Guys, but IMO, there is nothing going on there except front knee passing beyond the toe -(heh, for the Yang rule sticklers, that ).
No wonder the Bagua and Hsing I people roll their eyes about a lot of TJQ.

yeah, i'm not a fan of that particular performance, either. i still like the form sequence, though.

Yes the main points about this performance is that the knee going over the toes makes me cringe when I see just for the sake of her own health, and the amount of both a) bobbing up and down and b) not doing body as one moevment.

It looks good one level but doesn't look internal at all.
