He did.

Much better than most of those Chechen fights thought the Mendes brothers continue to tear it up.

Is there a video of the latest Mendes bros fights?

Here's a nice interesting jiujitsu think-piece. A look at the concepts of rotation and extension in jiu Jitsu - it's one of those videos that explains how stuff you probably already do without thinking about works, a kind of mental trip, but as people who practices IMA, as we all do, there are parallels to draw.

I like the bit on fixed points - I do this a lot - when somebody gives me resistance on one point I'm pressurising with I like to go all Taiji-like and switch to a different point with my pressure and try and flow around it. I call this 'yielding to force' (from the tai chi classics) if anybody asks me what I'm doing. But I don't mention Taiji, because then you'd get funny looks ;D

I've started to watch this. Nice to hear the breakdown of rolls and especially hear him point out techniques during live rolling.

Funny how some of those guys do not have a flow speed, and that it is the bigger guys who keep using more strength compared to the smaller guys. Do you think that some people never figure out that there is more than one-speed to training?

Probably top speed needed to jump guard here right, I really am interestested in how se of the more experienced guys here would approach a fighter like this?
