It looks good - I think I'd use it if I rolled more no gi - with a gi on there are so many other things you can do from that position, plus foot locks and calf cranks are illegal under IBJJF rules until you're a brown belt (I think), so we don't tend to do much of them.

We've got a new lightweight purple belt that's joined our gym, had a really cool, super technical roll today. It was a game of inches and slight changes in pressure. Loved it.

They seem to always miss key details off these offers:

How big is the file in terms of file size GB? What file type is it?

How long an instructional video is it? (In terms of minutes/hours)

Meh, seems a lot of money for 50 minutes... last DVD I bought was the Wolverine/Kesting one - you got about 5 DVDs for the same price....

The marketing is strong with this one. So long as half your class is live rolling I don't really think it makes much difference - he's making a lot of fuss about the 15 minute section where people practice a technique.
