Lets say youre fast for your age:)
What helps me a lot is to go to a highscholl reunion once a year and compare myself to my highschool friends instead of comparing myself to 20 yo bjj guys in compete mode mixed with 40 yo olympic level judokas:)
I think JW is right - one needs to be around young fit people all the time and keep comparing to them :)

Very nice. Simple, elegant, and easy to navigate.

Good work!

Hey everyone. I am heading to the UK to catch the Polaris 3 event, was wondering if any of you guys where going to this and if so would like to meet up for drinks before the event. Also If you aren't going would love to see any of you guys for a drink. Wishing you all the best.

It's only 1 - 1.5 hours away from us in Bath so we were talking about going as a group but the professor is keen to watch it over the Internet at the gym and turn it into a social with pizza and beers, sorry I mean fruits and vegetables... 8-)

Flying from the US kind of puts our attempts at a road trip to shame - lol

You'd be very welcome to drop in in Bath - but you'll be in Poole at the same time, so that's not going to work…. but drop in for a roll anyway ;D

Good job Mr B

That sweep on your point (b) Is very similar to one i have been working on from Satoshi Souza in this video @0.54

Seems to work well!

Woah - so many sweeps there I'm not sure which one you mean :)

The ones I just saw looked a lot like variants of the 'classic' De La Riva Get up sweep - I really like that. It's a very 'non flashy' DLR sweep, but very effective.
