From my observation, it looks closer to Taiwan Du Yu Ze Chen style than the modern Chen style from Chen Fa Ke.

Funny but that is what I was also thinking too--also wanted to note that these forms, irrespective whether one thinks they are of high or low quality skill, were learned on the mainland. None of the fomrs originated from Taiwan. Here the old clip of Du Yu Ze:
