I can't find that thread where somebody said MMA ground and pound was artless. Anyway, watch the GSP / Condit fight, then watch the Gracie breakdown and see how much 'marital art' is involved in what looks like pounding on somebody.

* Also, note to self, I need to develop that knee bar from the guard that Condit was going for all the time.
