Does anyone know how i can convert a flash file to mpeg? Or know how to cut down a 27min segment into youtube sized bites? AS i only have windows movie maker it won't open flash files.

Win FLV convertor does a good job of converting FLV to anything you want. From there, maybe Windows Movie Maker can split them. If not, search for a "video splitter".

"Total Video Converter" does it very nicely.
