My friend Vlad does Yi Quan and says there is a bit of circle walking for some drills.
So I'm not too surprised to see this clip.

It's not Yi Quan training like I have ever seen. It's not something that it done by the Yao's or Cui Rui Bin. Maybe some of Zhao DaoXin's line do something like this, but it is unusual. What's weird about it is that he pays no attention to connecting his hands and his feet, which in Yi Quan is kinda the point. I saw some of his other clips which are regular yi quan drills, so maybe he is just experimenting - trying something out.

I've never heard of circle walking in yiquan (not in Zhao Daoxin's line, either).
