Never saw Black Sash (the blonde girl looks nice), but perhaps there is something about bagua that makes it hip for TV? (In Black Sash's case, it could also just be that the creator happens to practice some bagua, though.) The Last Avatar seems to have based "airbending" on bagua as well.

Real Combat Tai Chi vid truly was "awesome". It had all the quintessential elements of any good tai chi fighting apps demo - at least all the good ones I've seen; wrist grabs, slow kicks, stationary attacker,...what's not to love? Like nature, his demo doesn't rush, yet everything is accomplished.

My youtube has been enhanced by Jake Mace. Clicked on several of the ads in exchange for the benefit I received from the demo.

I subscribed to his YouTube channel, Twitter feed, Facebook page and told him to keep those videos coming!

I think I've actually met Jake once and I remember he was a nice guy and very dedicated. Not to defend his marketing or groin attack video but in the end he's someone trying to make a living doing what he enjoys most.
