Saw the other thread on Hung-Gar sparring and was looking for some other Hung-Gar videos in Youtube and bumped in to these ..

Here you have some of my friends practicing. A lot of crazy exercises. At approx 4.00 there's soft hand methods practice, or Hung Gar style "splashing hands".

The first video is Steve Richards out of the Wirral. By his own words his Hung Gar has a Hop Gar/Lion's Roar falvour to it. He's written two rather good books about his time as a Police Office in North West and how his experiences with using CMA in police enforcement, now sadly out of print.
