I don't see much skill on either side. What was the point of posting this?

Why the hell doesn't he just put his hands up to fight?

I'm 5 minutes in and still waiting for something decent.
Thoughts, Novell is a big guy.
Circle walking durring a fight is stupid.
Why are both guys keeping their hands so low. Short guy should be covering his face.

I think they're worried they'll look too much like kick boxers if they put their hands up?

I don't have anything nice to say about this.

not addressing skill or not,
it would be interesting to see what was trained, and contrast it to what is actually used.

due to above comments , I started from 9 minute,
well
BT didn`t showing too much :-\
If we consider his pure physical advantage - he should kill the small guy in the first minute.
Wind, - BT trains/teach /?/ longer than I`m member of the board, He had some issues with another member/s/ years ago. As we can see, - His training stinks.

for those who practice this art, is this reflective of actual usage?

I try not to comment directly on others training methods, only on
weather the methods trained are the ones actually used.
The clip was supposed to show the highlights of a method "bagua" in use.
for those who practice this art, does it reflect the styles usage, theory, and tech ?

"foot work" entering ?

the way he trains seems to be consistent with how he uses "his" art.
would "his" art be consistent with what one should expect from someone
who says they practice "bagua"?

I'm sorry Ken, i didn't mean to waste your time. :D

I just miss the drama between "masters" every now and then, the he said she said, about who's right and who's fake, etc. It seems they have had words between them for quite a while, until eventually they agreed to meet and play. Its all in good fun.

So the irony is that the match was supposedly set up to showcase styles, as the announcer said, and not to devolve into an amateur kickboxing match...which is exactly what happened.

I dont know. I think they wouldve been better off just having bad blood between them and leaving to to their student's imaginations, because this match made them both look like crap, IMO. Eesh.
