Mongolian Judo

Aggressive in-fighting, folk wrestling grips from anywhere, strong legs, waist and back, determination to complete the task at hand and WIN.

Awesome.

High level judo is such a beautiful thing.

Hard on the body though. I have a few friends in their 40's who were national level competitors and most of that group have trouble moving without pain now.

Great stuff! I like the 'pivot' 'continued rotation' with subsequent throw evolution of 3.40-3.43 ;D

That rising inner thigh throw is apparently quite popular in bökh.

Goddamn they are some impressive humans. Talk about spirit! What I love the most is their agility and quick thinking in the moment. Absolutely amazing.

Hell yeah. You and "Craig" should start wrestling livestock, riding horses, eating raw hearts etc.

Oh, I'm thinking of organising an RSF bökh team. Go to Mongolia, teach those guys a thing or two. haha

Mr. Middleway is potentially in, what about you guys?

Dantian rotation only, no LLE.

I'm in. In preparation, I'll mostly be focusing on getting power from my big toes.
