my co-workers daughter is only 15 and soon to be fencing champion. i was checking out some clips on youtube.
I wanted to post this clip since Bruce lee was fond of fencing. this concepts here is perfectly useful for empty handed situations.

Uncle Bill (Willem de Thouars) is quite fond of fencing as well (though I do not believe the de Thouars were ever particularly fond of or impressed by Bruce Lee).
What I'm after isn't flexible bodies, but flexible brains.
