Maybe not internal, but amazing movement from the center. Awesome. I would try to implement this but, I think I'll work on the Judo basics first.

6.16 ... beauuuuuutiful! 9.20 too that's as good a seoi nage as it gets.

Lots of action / reaction stuff going on. It might look like he is overly committing his direction but that's half the point with this sort of stuff, structure adjustment and direction reversals playing a big roll in creating the throw opportunity.
