All things being equal, it is better to be bigger and stronger than one's opponent, but I once read (I think in "Angry White PJs") that Aikido is a martial art that suits smaller peeps, as a key point is getting one's center of gravity under that of the opponent's. This would certainly seem also to be true of many judo techniques also.

OTOH, this little chap is using very little leverage, but certainly takes advantage of his short stature by enthusiastically thumping his opponent's sack.

What are other techniques and tactics for smaller MArtists?

It would be short-sighted to dwarf such an issue with tasteless jokes so I will refrain... but since fa-jing is sometimes called in English "Short Power" that's very hard to do.

;D

Hmmm I believe this topic of little people SD has some more depth so please don't be bashful chaps. However most of the applications in the vid posted did seem to be a bit dopey and verging on unrealistic, I would prefer to see less cooperative work. I mean what was that knife attack at the start ?? he just looked plain sleepy whilst getting punched in the knackers, don't think id be too happy about that. Then the grumpy girl attack (was that a girl) just standing stationary whilst being back fisted to the face. Anyway im off to see the doc now, been a bit sneezy today ;D
