I haven't seen this footage before so thanks for posting. Really was impressed with some of his use of centripetal and centrifugal forces to move in and out of postures. Nice. 8-)

Well the speed of the clip makes it very different although they are picking up on some of the same forces except they tend to spring themselves to the next place. The bloke in the video posted does it slowly and is obvious to me at least that he just put his body into a shape and allows it to fall to the next position and his control is impeccable. One of the moves in the video you posted shows a man somersaulting onto a table and then moving but if you look at the table your see that a lot of his force transfers to the table. Just some thoughts. :)
