Our recent work has been about depth of strike - from connecting the fist through a person to the floor, to hitting at different depths, "joining" strikes together, etc.
The "System" comprises all the body/mind systems - skeletal, muscular, respiratory, etc so we then looked at how this work could be applied direct to the nervous system - not only for fighting but also in terms of helping / relaxing a person

Thanks I-mon. My students actually do that better than me in that clip 
. It's interesting work, connecting the fist to the ground via the opponent, rather connecting the ground to the fist through ourselves. Heresey in some IMA circles I know but it works ok
