Love the video of meeks, top stuff, not seen him in action before.

A quick question to anybody who has been circle walking for some time - Has practicing improved your equilibrium? And has that transferred to other areas of your life?

I have an agenda in asking this in that both my kids suffer from motion sickness and I was wondering if it is something that can be actively improved with this or similar practices rather than just prevented.

Yes, it helps. Start with walking a very big circle, then make it smaller as you're more comfortable.
