i was told this is an authentic daoist boxing system dating back quite far, nice small system, anybody know any more ?

the only part of the video i recognize as 9 chamber boxing is from about 40s to 48s
the wolf and dog sequences

the rest seems like some xingyi and shaolin
don't know what the guy is demoing in the very beginning

9 chamber fist is part of the little nine heaven system
brought to taiwan by Chiao Chang Hung
the 9 chamber fist is the boxing- it has 5 animals, 12 animals, and ground maneuvers
the other parts of the system are sword and xishuigong

i learnt the ground manoeuvres, was a painful few days, don't know anymore other than what franklin posted above.

in my first post i was talking about the first black and white video.
in the second video he is doing chicken , snake, dragon, tiger, and tai bird. i do not wish to comment on his form.
i must say i wish i could read chinese now though.

yes the ground moves can hurt to train for sure.
