Thanks. I didn't like his explanation for several reasons, mostly because it says nothing about the mechanics behind the movements. You don't really learn anything from it. Some of the explanations were also a bit ... How to say it... "Meh"? But he had some excellent points towards the end of the vid, words well worth spreading. :)
